Pricing questions
What's included in the free trial?
All plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access — bank connection, AI categorisation, and tax dashboard. Cancel at any time before day 7 and you won't be charged.
What does 'annual' pricing mean?
Paying annually saves you 2 months — Core drops from £1.95/month to £19.50/year (equivalent to £1.63/month). Plus drops from £4.95/month to £49.50/year (equivalent to £4.13/month). The annual fee is charged once per year.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle you're only charged the pro-rata difference.
Is the accountant query separate from the subscription?
Yes. The £9.99 accountant query is a one-off payment per question — you don't need a Plus subscription. You do need a Get Sorted account so the accountant can see your tax data. On the VAT plan, accountant questions are unlimited and included, with answers within 1 business day.
Do prices include VAT?
Get Sorted is not yet VAT-registered. Prices shown are the total you pay. If that changes, we'll give you 30 days' notice before applying VAT.
